# How to exclude some control points from Processing

When you upload a control points file, the file will be validated. If there are any warnings or errors you can deselect or edit the control points that are causing problems.

## Procedure

1. In your processing task, click **View control point configuration**.
2. Deselect the check boxes next to the control point(s) you want to exclude from processing.

3. Click **Save changes**.
