# Editing Datasets and Site Entities

The **Datasets**menu in NavVis IVION lists the Datasets and site entities in a Site. In the [draft version](/v1/docs/published-version-vs-draft-version) of the site, you can edit datasets and site entities from the **Datasets**menu.

## Renaming Datasets

1. Go to**Site setup** >**Site Structure**.
2. Filter the list to show only **Datasets**.

3. Place the curor over the dataset you want to rename and click the pencil icon.

4. Enter a new name for the dataset under **Title**.

5. Click **Save**.
6. **Publish**the site draft.

## Managing Access Rights for a Dataset

Perform the following procedure to change view or edit rights for a Dataset.

1. Go to **Site Setup**​ > **Site Structure.**
2. Filter the list to show only **Datasets**.

3. Place the curor over the dataset you want to manage and click the pencil icon.

4. Click the **View**drop-down menu to change view access rights.

5. Click the **Edit**drop-down menu to change the edit access rights.

6. Click **Save**.
7. **Publish**the site draft.

## Renaming Site Entities

1. Go to**Site Setup**​ > **Site Structure.**
2. Double click on the site entity you want to edit.

3. Click **Edit**.

4. Enter a new name for the site entity under **Name**.

5. Click **Save**.
6. **Publish**the site draft.
