# Cleaning the Box

If dirt and dust get inside the box it may damage the device. Clean the box regularly to prevent this.

## Procedure

1. Empty the box.

Remove the NavVis VLX and all the accessories. Put them in a safe place.
2. Clean the foam.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a head for cleaning upholstery to clean the inside of the box.
3. Clean the outside of the box.

Wet a clean cloth with a small amount of mildly soapy water. Wipe the outside of the box until it is clean. Rinse with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Do not apply water directly to the outside of the box.
4. Refill the box.

Return the NavVis VLX and the accessories to the box.
