Our release format is **major.minor.patch**, which means: - A major version increase will highlight changes that are not backwards-compatible. - Minor version updates will introduce new features. - Patch versions will be reserved for bug fixes and hotfixes. ## Version 1.7.2 Release Date: June 8th, 2026 **Android:** **New** - When a site requires a newer version of the app, you'll now be prompted to update directly from the Play Store. **Improved** - Enterprise sign-in now opens in your device's browser instead of inside the app, keeping your credentials more secure. **iOS:** **New** - When a site requires a newer version of the app, you'll now be prompted to update directly from the App Store. **Improved** - The scan button on the POI form now repositions neatly for longer descriptions instead of leaving an empty gap. **Fixed** - Search results now always match what you've fully typed, even when typing quickly or clearing the field. - Fixed an issue that could close the app when opening a new site right after creating a POI. ## Version 1.7.1 Release Date: March 30th, 2026 **New** - You can now search and filter POI categories when creating or editing a point of interest, making it easier to find the right category in long lists. **Improved** - NavVis IVION Go now displays only visible panoramas, excluding images hidden by Hide Overlap or point cloud cleanup. **Fixed** - Fixed an issue where images attached to points of interest (POI) could appear offline after editing the POI. **Android** **Fixed** - Fixed an issue on Android where single sign-on (SSO) login could get stuck on a loading screen, preventing users from signing in. ## Version 1.7.0 Release Date: February 9th, 2026 **New** - NavVis Professional and Enterprise only: IVION Go now supports connecting to a 360° camera to capture and upload images that are automatically positioned within a site. **Improved** - Improved POI description editing so the entire text area is tappable to open the keyboard. - The Android app now uses an edge-to-edge layout for a more immersive experience. **Fixed** - Fixed an Android issue causing the password field to be partially hidden when adding a new instance. - Addressed a stability issue in IVION Go related to some POIs without assigned site model floors. ## Version 1.6.9 Release Date: November 18th, 2025 **New** - Instance URL and support email can now be preconfigured using MDM software. **iOS** **Fixed** - NavVis IVION Go no longer crashes when there’s an ongoing operation, such as fetching a list of sites or site health information. ## Version 1.6.8 Release Date: September 29th, 2025 This release includes performance enhancements and bug fixes. ## Version 1.6.7 Release Date: August 25th, 2025 **Fixed** - Fixed the map rendering for NavVis IVION Enterprise instances. ## Version 1.6.6 Release Date: August 7th, 2025 **Fixed** - In POI editing mode, numbered or unnumbered text lists now always show as expected. ## Version 1.6.5 Release Date: June 23rd, 2025 **iOS** **Fixed** - Fixed a bug in which NavVis IVION Go would use the camera when exiting POI editing and creation, which reduces memory consumption when leaving the feature. **Android** **Fixed** - Fixed UI issues with spacing, bullet lists, keyboard display, and back navigation. ## Version 1.6.4 Release Date: March 26th, 2025 **Fixed** - Selecting a POI from search results list now works as expected. ## Version 1.6.3 Release Date: December 11th, 2024 **Fixed** - NavVis IVION Go no longer falsely displays the error “Pano image could not be found”. **iOS** **Fixed** - Users are no longer prompted to update the password on the credentials screen when adding a new instance. - The app no longer crashes when an image is edited after capture. **Android** **Fixed** - Warning that an app link was used with an invalid site ID now displays in full. ## Version 1.6.2 Release Date: October 9th, 2024 **Fixed** - NavVis IVION Go sometimes crashed when switching from panorama to map view on devices with large screens. - NavVis IVION Go no longer falsely displays the Error “Pano image could not be found” in certain areas. ## Version 1.6.1 Release Date: July 26th, 2024 **Improved** - NavVis IVION Go now automatically opens when a NavVis IVION instance link is clicked. ## Version 1.6.0 Release Date: April 22nd, 2024 **New** - POI description and title fields can now be filled in with a barcode, QR-code or OCR scanner. This new feature makes the POI creation process faster and easier. **Fixed** - Fixed a bug on Google Pixel devices that made the map and panoramas indistinguishable. ## Version 1.5.2 Release Date: March 12th, 2024 **Improved** - We now support sites that do not have Visual Positioning enabled.
