# 2D Floor maps are not colorized for non-NavVis data

## Issue description

2D floor maps are not in color for non-NavVis data. Shown below is an example where the floor maps are black and white or grey.

## Troubleshooting procedure

For the map generation the color information is taken directly from the Point cloud. So if the point cloud in that specific area is grey/black, then this is the only information that the map generator can work with. Hence this explains the output.

You may consider opting for "Simple Maps" instead of "Colored Maps" however, this will only give you the outlines and might be more feasible in some cases.

A three-dimensional representation of an environment, made up of many points. A point is defined by x, y and z coordinates, and it may or may not contain RGB, an intensity value, and normals.
